I am a manager for Air Canada in Vancouver and felt that to move forward, I needed the credentials and skills that the RRU program provides. The value of this program far exceeds my expectations.

The learner-centred approach is fabulous and I’ve enjoyed meeting the people. The content is relevant to my business, since I’m in strategic planning where we deal with change. The program helps me think creatively and design solutions

The emphasis on teams has been wonderful because it pushes you out of your comfort zone and there is no way you would learn the things that you do if you weren’t under pressure – which is hard – but it’s very positive when you look at the big picture.

I’m happy to be going through this program and I can see that it is going to take me places. It’s excellent value for money.
