Royal Roads University has developed a partnership with a consortium of leading Thai Universities, providing a unique opportunity to learn applied conflict theory and practice from both Canadian and Thai scholar-practitioners.

In this two-year program you'll learn about intervention processes, citizen dialogue, reconciliation processes, multi-track diplomacy, systems thinking, applied research, and international law. By applying leading-edge ideas in communications, analysis, culture, and systems, graduates are able to manage complex conflict situations at points of greatest leverage.

Who it’s for
Professionals in their roles as government managers, negotiators, NGO and foreign service personnel, development workers, peace officers and peacekeepers, advocates and environmental activists.

Applicants who do not have the formal academic education to qualify for admission may be assessed on the basis of both their formal education and their informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy.

Outcomes
Graduates have the theoretical knowledge and an appreciation of the skills defined as requirements for effective conflict management as well as increased intercultural awareness. More
