RRU eyes First Nations interpretive centre

University officials, including Sam, hope the new gathering place initiative will inspire First Nations people to enroll, providing them with a place of honour where they can meet for cultural events and to socialize.
The site would also be open to everyone on the campus and serve as a welcoming venue for visiting instructors and other groups to further expose people to aboriginal history, culture and language.
