Leading Change Using Quality Evidence (Health) - HSLD 570
Leadership at the Heart of the Matter
Today’s health care providers face incredible pressures from all fronts. Public expectations are higher than ever and health leaders are mandated to make decisions to ensure quality service. In this environment of escalating quantities of information, and highly political, conflicted environments, today’s health leaders need to be able to gather reliable evidence, based on quality research, to ensure demands for quality service are met.
Royal Roads University is pleased to present Leading Change Using Quality Evidence*. The six-day program combines the elements of leadership, strategic and systems thinking, and action learning and is committed to developing the strategic intelligence of the health care professional. Participants will have the opportunity to delve into dialogue about leading organizational change, exchange ideas and insights with peers, and invest in and manage relationships for greater impact. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive credit towards a Graduate Certificate in Health Systems Leadership or select degree programs at Royal Roads University.
