Leading and Managing Organizational Relationships - Lead 525
This course explores the complexities of relationships both within and beyond organizational boundaries, including leading and managing relationships with boards and other governance bodies, with employees and unions, with customers and communities, and within partnerships, collaborations and mergers. It considers the critical role of building trust as a central theme.
Prerequisite for LEAD525: The student has not previously completed LT525.

Those who successfully complete LEAD525 may receive financial and academic credit toward the MA in Leadership or Master of Arts in Leadership with specialization in Health program as assessed by the Dean, Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences.
