The Developing Leadership Impact: Executive Retreat is designed to provide participants with a leadership advantage. Through an exchange of ideas and shared insight among peers, participants acquire a set of tools to assess effective leadership styles, and enhance leadership skills. Participants work in small teams to apply their personal experience and knowledge to generate leadership strategies for real-life leadership challenges.
