Concepts and Theories of Leadership in Organizations - Lead 516

This course explores classic studies of organizational analysis and leadership, analyzes various concepts and models, and applies them to the schools and divisions where participants work.

Pre-Requisite for LEAD516: The learner has not previously completed LT516, LEAD566 or LT566.

Those who successfully complete LEAD516 may receive financial and academic credit toward the MA in Leadership program or the MA in Leadership with specialization in Health program as assessed by the Dean, Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences.
