Prior to joining Royal Roads University in 2004 to help facilitate teams in the B.Comm. and MBA programs, Lane Sherman instructed at the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of B.C.
A seasoned mediator, he has worked as a group facilitator with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, the Ministry of Environment, First Nations treaty negotiation teams, provincial government treaty negotiation teams, forestry companies, the Capital Regional District and the Fairfield Community Association.
Sherman`s primary interest is in group development, organizational change and self-directed project management teams. As a business owner, sales manager and facilitator for a wide range of organizations, he has observed organizational dynamics across many different sectors.
