Course Description:

TRMN 601: Insights into collaborative processes in global tourism delivery systems, the leadership and management strategies needed for success are examined. Leadership methods for enhancing relationships in organizational networks and between tourism related agencies from the global to the local level will be investigated, the importance of international alliances and agreements impacting global tourism delivery systems assessed, and successful tourism leadership case studies from various sectors discussed. (3 credits)
