Course Description:

LEAD 690: The thesis integrates all program competencies foundational to the practice of influential organizational leadership. It comprises collaborative design, organization, and conduct of an action research project that simultaneously delivers practical value to an organization and while being situated in a context of related research and knowledge. Incorporates intensive attention to applied inquiry methodology and methods. (12 credits)
