Course Description:
PCOM 633: This course will explore some of the applications of good business communication practice in advertising, marketing, public relations, and crisis and reputation management. The importance of effective communication strategies in successful business ventures will be reviewed, and the new field of e-communication will be introduced with discussion around the impact of digital technologies on communication strategy. The course will utilize case study and simulation exercises that encourage learners to put their knowledge to work. (3 credits)
