Public Policy and Justice

Course Description:

JUST 402: An examination of how public and social policy affects the mandate and activities of agencies. Students appraise public and social policy in the justice field and understand the underlying philosophy and the interests being served by specific public and social policy. Case studies compare these interests to a broader Canadian justice context. (3 credits)
