Course Description:

LRNT 503:  Outlines the foundations of distance education, blended and distance education systems, and the institutional factors that affect technology-mediated learning. Examines current program planning models. Enables students to then work through the planning process from the needs analysis stage through to the evaluation stage (3 credits)
