Course Description:

EXMN 668: .Focuses on the needs of the consulting client by having learners develop expertise in performing comprehensive situation assessments and in crafting strategies for growth and development.  Learners are prepared to deliver superior value to their internal or external management consulting clients. 

In this course, which meets external education requirements of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC), learners develop knowledge of management consulting that is needed to qualify for the CMC designation.  (3 credits)
