Logical and Analytical Thinking in the Justice Context

Course Description:

JUST 302: Acquaints the student with logical argumentation in legal reasoning. Special emphasis placed on informal logic with exercises dealing in a justice context designed to identify fallacious reasoning. Includes analysis of legal and justice arguments and the creation of sound conclusions in the justice discourse. (3 credits)
