Coaching for Performance

Course Description:

EXMN 675:  Examines the philosophies and approaches to coaching in the workplace. The course will deal with developing a coaching philosophy and skill set so that learners can support high performance cultures in organizations. Learners will develop an awareness of the nature, purpose and process of coaching in the business environment and of the value of coaching for improving personal commitment and professional productivity. (3 credits)
