Professional Practice Assessment and Development Plan

Course Description:

CAMN 694*: Students consolidate learning from the residency portion of the skills option (CAM 692). Students will prepare a paper which assesses and reflects upon their residency experience in the context of the literature in conflict process interventions, demonstrates awareness of, and skill in, reflective practice, and presents a professional development plan appropriate to their level of skill development and performance during CAM 692. With regard to content, that plan will include a discussion of the literature on techniques the student regards as foundational to their anticipated professional practice. (2 credits)
