How to Apply


All online applications require the applicant to have a Prospective Student Account.  This account will allow you to return and check the status of your application at any time.

The online application will require you to provide personal information, details about your education and employment background.  An application fee of $102 is payable for each application.

2. About the Online Application Form

  • If this is the first time using the online application form, you will need to create an account, providing your name and email address.
  • A password will be assigned to this account.
  • If you have filled out a Request for More Information or applied to a program since June 4, 2009, you may already have an account and will have received an email with your password.
  • If you have forgotten or lost your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” button on the online application log-in page.
  • When completing the application you save and continue to the next section and the information you have entered will be saved.  You may log out and return as many times as you like.  Edits may be made until the application is submitted.
  • You can pay the $102 application fee online, by phone, or by mail.
  • Once you submit the application, you can check your status at any time.
  • Now prepare your supporting documents as set out below.

3. To complete your application

  • You may view your application status at any time by logging into your account.  This summary will provide you with the status of your application, detailed application requirements and which documents we have received.

Your status may indicate:

  • Applied (Incomplete) – you are in the process of completing the application requirements.
  • Application Complete – your application is now ready to review
  • In Review – your application has been sent for review
  • Review Complete – the adjudication is complete and a letter will be emailed within two business days
  • Held – request for additional information or completion of additional courses is required before making a final decision.  Letter will be emailed with details.
  • Declined – offer not accepted
  • Accepted – notice of acceptance has been received, registration process begins
  • Registration Complete – application and registration process is complete

4.    What to expect now

  • You will receive regular automated emails until your application is deemed complete, advising you of your application status and letting you know what documents are still required.
  • Don’t wait for us; you can check your application status at any time by logging into your prospective student account.
