Document Submission

Application documents requirements may be sent to the Admissions Office as follows:

Detailed Resume and Statement – can be submitted by e-mail to admissions@royalroads.ca, or by confidential fax (250-391-2548), or by regular mail.

Letters of Reference – To be considered valid, letters of reference must be program-specific, dated within 6 months of application, signed by the author, and include at least one contact number. Applicants may submit letters of reference in hard copy only.

The author(s) may submit letters of reference in hard copy, by facsimile (250-391-2548), or by email to admissions@royalroads.ca (from a valid institutional or corporate email domain only; public domain addresses such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. cannot be accepted). 

Official Transcripts are typically submitted directly to RRU from the issuing institution by mail in the issuing institution’s original sealed envelope (unopened). Faxed transcripts will only be accepted as official if they come directly from the Registrar’s Office at a recognized Canadian institution and it is within one month of the application deadline. Applicants should always request a hardcopy to follow. 

Portfolio

When a portfolio is requested, we recommend submitting these documents in a digital format (disk or flash drive).
